Swarm Trap
A 5 frame swarm trap for catching a swarm of bees!!
Comes with 5 foundationless frames, 2 oz. of beeswax, a slow release vile swarm lure, and entrance reducer.
Telescopic lid creates tight seal, and easily secured for transport.
Place in an inconspicuous area, the higher the better. Honeybees prefer their home to be 10 ft or higher off the ground.
Local conditions may varry, but honeybees will typically swarm in the spring. When the overnight tempurature is 10C consistantly, and there is plenty of flowers blooming, a hive that is honey bound will swarm. This swarm trap will lure the scout bees and the subsecuent swarm.

Fits standard Langstroth frames.
Finished with boiled Linseed oil to help protect against the elements.
